Cathx Ocean develops advanced lighting systems for divers, ocean vehicles and fixed subsea and surface installations. Our engineering and technology development groups have combined 100 man years of experience in building the most reliable and rugged lighting equipment on the planet.
Our engineering philosophy is that NO failures are acceptable. To date, we have not had a single light failure.
Our current projects include 10,000 lumen tuneable colour LED lighting and 40,000 lumen LED lighting systems rated to 5000m. Using proprietary and patented design principles including advanced microprocessor control and monitoring, our intelligent lighting systems are and will continue to be the most advanced on the market.
Our diver lights are no exception. Designed for working and technical divers who test their equipment beyond the normal limits and who require the ultimate in reliability, our sealed for life designs with built in redundancies and smart sensors ensure that our lights are the most reliable and advanced self contained lights on the market.
